We can only accept the return of a opened items if they are faulty. Unopened items must have any seals and shrink- wrapping intact.

Returning an Item

When returning a unopened item, we will refund the full price you paid for the item. Please follow the following procedure to ensure you refund is processed efficiently.

- return the delivery slip, writing on it your reason for the return
- if you the original delivery slip is not available, please send a note including your order number and reason for return. If you no longer have your order number, you must ensure you provide us with your details - name, address, e-mail and approximate date of purchase.
- in the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault on the delivery slip
- place the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories
- return the package to the address below:

Cooling-off Period

The law gives you seven working days to change your mind and cancel an order. We have covered this, and extended the period to 30 days with our money back guarantee to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

To return an item an item under this ‘cooling-off period’ please state ‘contract cancellation’ as your reason for the return using the same process as given above.
Please package the item securely (in original packing where possible) and send it to us along with the delivery slip so that we can receive it within seven working days from the date you received the delivery. The return address is:
